[Boatanchors] WTB transistor checker

I bought three of these a few weeks ago. Good meters. Two have wandered off somewhere 
and I also notice that they don't work in the sun. The display comes up with very 
strange readings in direct sunlight. Go to the shade and all is back in cal.
