[Boatanchors] WTB transistor checker

Harbor Freight tools has a DMM/transistor tester that's under $10,
sometimes on sale for $4.00 or thereabouts.  It checks HFE, but not
leakage.  Mine agrees quite well with my B&K 530 when measuring gain.
