[Boatanchors] Additional crystal decks for Collins S-Line

I finally got the photos taken and description written
on the additional crystal decks for the KWM-2 series
and the 75S3 series receivers (they don't safely fit
in the 32S series transmitters without drilling a hole
- no modifications are required in the KWM-2 and 75S
series equipment).
