[Boatanchors] Join Saturday HCI 40 Meter Net!

All vintage gear, operators and tales are always welcome -  	
	
Please join me for the Saturday November 9th HCI 40 meter Net. The pre-Net will
commence at 12:30 PM EST, (1730 UTC). Provided that long winded gentleman in
Canada does not exceed the duty cycle, again! The Net proper will begin at 1:00
PM EST, (1800 UTC). The frequency will be 7.280 Mhz lsb +/- for key clicks, mike
splatter and the thrilling sound of Canadian Honkers venting rectal gas as they
fly overhead on their way to the beaches of where ever the heck they spend the
Winter. Does this qualify as a 'quacker after butt burner'? They certainly add
some color, if you consider a drab whitish gray a color, to the beautiful colors
of the leaves falling off the trees here in Michigan. Nothing quite like leaves
of red, orange and gold with whitish gray freckles of duck doo to accent their
beauty! 	
	
I hope to hear some of you above the infernal quacking, and adjacent splatter,
tomorrow. So bring your favorite bird incident tale and share it with us on
those Hallicrafters that still go glow in the night.
