[Boatanchors] Loc-tite soaked set screws

This may be an off topic answer but the Jaguar XKE with wire wheels had
the rear hubs assembled with a locktite material. In a very obscure place
in the service manual (yes, british) stated that to be able to pull the
hubs from the spined shaft the hubs had to be heated to about 150 to 160
deg F. Then they came off readily.
   so to loosen the screws i have tinned the wrench in the center,
inserted in the setscrew, heated with the soldering iron and in a short
time the screw was able to turn. yup, this took a lot of space but... 
solvents don't seem to be able to get in there
