[Boatanchors] Valliant/866s

Rolynn,

3B28's direct replacement for 866's.  I am not sure that 4B32's are for
872's.  There maybe a difference of filament voltage otherwise they are the
same.  be sure to check out the filament voltages for the two tubes.
