[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters SX28A and R12 Bass Reflex speaker.....

Hi All,

 After a few years of inactivity, the SX28A is active again. It works well on 
all bands, particularly AM and 47 meters. 
 
 If you want to really hear one of these things the way they were supposed to 
sound, find an R12 Bass-Reflex speaker. The one in the photo I have is 
stained to look like it is Mahogany and came from the factory that way. It 
was never painted as I have seen them in Gray. The sound is.. (to use the old 
saw..) AWESOME. This one came from a used furniture store in North Jersey. I 
actually walked past it twice and passed up on it for a day before I called 
them back and bought it over the phone. 

 If you want to know what it cost, I will send it with the photo. Please 
respond directly to me and I will send you a virus-free picture of the SX28A 
running with the R12 booming.....
