[Boatanchors] Fix (maybe?) for cracked Mohawk/Apache etc dial drums

I just finished cleaning up a Mohawk. The dial drum was in pretty good shape, with just one or two 3/8" long cracks in the ends. I tired something which I think will help prevent the cracks from getting worse: I used just a small drop of thin CA (AKA Crazy Glue) on each crack. The glue wicks quickly into the crack, and almost completely fills the crack. I'm hoping this will eliminate the high stress in the area of the crack. The glue did not seem to attack or 'craze' the plastic drum in any way...


Also, I did the ER mods to the AVC, product detector, and AF output amps - makes a Mohawk into a half-decent receiver!
