     Hi, Steve. You are right, it is $14.00. This is entirely my
personal error for which I apologize to you and all of the other 
barc-list subscribers. 
     I wrongly used some copy that I prepared several years ago.
Thank you for bringing the error to my attention. The copy has been
corrected and updated to show the current fee of $14.00
