There are three types of people in the world:
         Those who make things happen,
         Those who watch things happen,
And those who wonder what happened.
Where would you place BARC in the above groups?

I have read and printed a hard copy of this Web URL article
so that I can bring it to BARC Business and General Meeting where it
should be discussed. It's provocative and thought stimulating.

Let us retain our rating as a "General Interest" club that
attracts and retains members based on their residence or employment
in the Greater Boston area, regardless of what aspects of our hobby
that our members are interested in. "A public safety oriented group"
needs outreach to others, hams and non-hams, in order to achieve its
mission statement, objectives and goals.

We can even begin the discussion regarding the above right
now by posting our thoughts, opinions and ideas to barc-list so that
BARC members will know what is happening. Please see the four line
statement at the beginning of this email.
