	The rule specifically requires Elected government officials, and an
Invitation from the group. I really ought to drop a note to HQ pointing out
that the City Manager in a Council-and-Manager form of government ought to
count, even though appointed/hired rather than elected!
	The rule specifically requires an Invitation and that the Agency represented
be Served by ARES in the local community.
	-- Bill Foley is a member of the club, who was helping set up by bringing the
chairs with Frank; do we stretch him to be Representative of the served
agency?  We'd need the Major or another ranking S.A. officer to count this.
Also, is S.A. "served by ARES in the local community"? It's served by SATERN
which is _not_ an ARES function per se.  But BARC's ARES contingent BERT *was*
the first call for backing SATERN at the drill, before the call went to the
whole club, so it would havX-Mozilla-Status: 0009re.
	-- Doc's friend on Brookline police isn't _invited_ rep of an _ARES_ _served_
agency.
