Thanks to all who helped to make BARC's Field Day effort, once again, a 
success!  I don't know what the stats look like, but, propagation on HF 
(especially 20 and 40 meters) appeared very good.  Never before have I 
worked so much DX on Field Day.  Also, I'm pleased to report that 
electrical noise was kept to a minimum this year.  Some of the noise 
reduction could be due to antenna orientation, and/or our new power 
arrangement.  Let's continue running the rigs and computers from batteries 
charged from that nice, quiet generator.  It keeps the acoustic noise level 
down, too.
