[BARC-List] BARC Field Day -- FOOD issues

The satellite crew may not be able to do *all* the food as previously planned.
(It's too much for one or even two people really)

This will go easily if we break it up and have one person volunteer for each
specific task.

* Beverage shopper
  -- buy wide selection of soda, water, ice.
* Food Shopper
   -- easier than you think, Mark & Geri provided a shopping / planning list
* Cookout cook (1, 2, or 3 meals)
* Bring a gas Grill for cookouts
* pre-order & Pickup for Party Platter (one meal only)
* order & Pickup for Pizza order (one meal only, or late night snack)
* Breakfast Cook -- BILL N1VUX   
* Dessert Cook
   -- we traditionally serve dessert Sunday AFTER BREAKDOWN as an incentive to
help. Making the dessert is a great way to contribute without heavy lifting!

If we don't get volunteers to do anything in advance, it'll all be TAKE OUT
... and we'll have to pass the hat more often, as the budget won't go as far
that way.
