[BARC-List] Lightbulb antenna?

I haven't heard of this. I don't know if it would radiate on HF. I have, however, heard some speculate that a light bulb might make a good dummy load. It would let you know when you're transmeitting and all power would be consumed in heat. Any other "bright" ideas?
