Yes, you can list it on the DNC list. No, telemarketers are *not allowed* to
make unsolicited calls to mobile phones regardless of the mobile number
being registered. Listing your mobile number doesn't hurt because if mobile
phones are put on the "allowed" list for telemarketers any time in the near
future, you're on the prohibited-list. But for now, it's not necessary.
Not so tricky... I was just trying to point out that the rumor that mobile
phones are soon to be on the telemarketers "OK" list, is false.
