[BARC-List] RE: Do not call lists

Cell phone numbers will be available via calling directory assistance, 
nobody is "publishing a list" of cellphone users that you can telemarket to. If 
telemarketers wanted your cellphone number they'd have to make 50 or 
100 million calls to directory assistance. Maybe the "DNC list" keeps your 
number out of directory assistance.

So, it may be a hoax that there is a list being distributed, but it is
not a hoax that you can list your cellphone onto a do not call list.
Am I the only one confused?
