[BARC-List] Columbia ham needs

At the moment (according to Nacogdoches ARC PIO Tim Lewallen as of this 
morning: I'm proofreading a little of his stuff) they've got too many ham 
volunteers to manage.  They are currently asking that anyone thinking of 
volunteering get in touch with either Kevin Anderson, KD5CCH  or Johnny Davis 
K5JD before heading down there.  This was confirmed this evening by the North 
Texas SM.
