I've been listening to the Echolink reflector for a while this afternoon and
tonight. Mostly they are handling coordination of people to staging areas,
and logistics of hams arriving and departing. Apparently hams are with
search groups, who have a list of locations to survey, and they pass status
reports of teams starting and closing.
They are doing lots of recruiting of local hams to support, and apparently,
one fellow indicated he could have used 30 more hams today. They'll get good
support over the weekend, and are looking at staffing for next week now.
