[BARC-List] ducting and Friday BARCnet

Thanks to N1ZKR for report of apparent lift from MHT to BOS at 05/22Z today. 

It was super-refractive all the way up today, which is adequate to explain
"lifted" conditions under "TrE" Tropo-Enhanced Propagation.  There was also an
elevated duct with Fc=120 to 122MHz at MHT, Fc=98 to 101MHz at BOS, which
included the repeater antenna at 700', but not the mobile tgransmitter at MHT.

I'd recently added correct handling of elevated ducts, so I was wondering if
the elevated ducts would be observable.  Not sure if the features Paul
observed were the elevated duct or the super-refractive base.  More reports
needed! Thanks Paul!
