[BARC-List] Two summaries of the March 23 SET

      Several BARC, BERT (Boston Emergency Response Team)  and  Boston 
SATERN (Salvation Army Team Emergency Radio Network) members participated 
in the March 23, 2002 Simulated Emergency Test (SET).

      For the benefit of those members who have not previously read this 
information and for those hams who are interested in disaster/emergency ham 
radio communications, the following is being posted to <barc-list>.
