[ARRL-OK] Mustang New Draft Antenna Ordinance Proposal

Eddie you are correct, this thing is an abomination.  Setback 
requirements alone will preclude the erection of almost any tower on a 
regular sized city lot.  There is no grandfather clause for existing 
towers, so will present owners be required to remove them, apply and 
re-erect?  Normally accommodation would allow a height of 60 rather then 
50 ft. as many cities have done.  Whose installation engineering 
requirements will apply?  This thing is full of holes.

What a mess, I hope the ARRL counsel can do something with this bunch.
