[ARRL-OK] Green Country Hamfest FREE Club Tables

Greetings,

Are you an officer of a Green Country Area Amateur Radio Club (NE-OK)?  If
so, your club could qualify for a FREE table at the Green Country Hamfest.

How does your club qualify for a FREE table at the Green Country Hamfest? 
It’s easy!  Simply by helping with this year’s hamfest. You can help by
either donating to the hourly prize pool (your choice of providing a prize
or donating funds) or by providing members of your club to volunteer to
help work a few hours during the hamfest.

Hams from all over Oklahoma and four other states will be traveling to
Claremore's Expo center for the Green Country Hamfest. The committee is
offering interested Green Country amateur radio clubs a free table in the
front row near the entrance to the hamfest. Your table is for your club to
display a table banner and information about your club and your club's
activities. In addition your club can rent the table directly behind your
club's information table to sell their cherished boat anchors, and
valuable items, if they wish.

This is a great opportunity to recruit new members as well as show other
hams how much fun club members in green country are having. This is your
invitation for your club to attend and set up a display table. Please
contact me so that we may discuss your how your club’s plans to attend and
help during the Green County Hamfest.

MUST be claimed by 8:30AM Saturday! Electricity is $15.00 - Cords not
provided Setup for vendors and flea market starts at: NOON Friday and at 7
AM on Saturday of the hamfest.
ATTENTION: any prereg table not claimed by 8:30 Saturday morning will be
resold without refund.
