Mark Your Calendars for the Annual Tulsa Advanced Spotter Session!
Tulsa Area Emergency Management, in cooperation with the National Weather
Service, the Tulsa Amateur Radio Club (TARC), the Tulsa Repeater
Organization (TRO) and Okarkskywarn.org, will conduct the 2006 Advanced
Spotter Training Session at the Tulsa Technology Center Riverside Campus
on Saturday February 11. This years session will begin at 09:00 CST. See
the agenda below.
This years conference will focus on the emergency management and
operational side of our business with presentations and information
directly related to how our many agencies work together to help protect
life and property during emergency weather situations. Add to this a brand
new advanced spotter training session compiled by the NWS Tulsa's Ed
Calianese and you have a definate must-attend event.
Please mark your calendars and plan on attending this highly informative
