Lincoln County ARRL Emergency Coordinator Fred Townsley  N5NIO  announces an 
Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) Net on the Chandler 2 meter  Repeater 
KP2CP/R.  The frequency is 147.360 MHz with a + 600 offset and a  PL tone of 
192.8.  The ARES Net will be held each Tuesday evening at 8:00  PM.

The Lincoln County Amateur Radio Emergency Service will be working  closely 
with the Lincoln County
Emergency Management Office.

Anyone  desiring to help form a Lincoln County Amateur Radio Club can contact 
either Ben  Springfield, KE5AWK at 405-258-1285 or Fred Townsley, N5NIO at 
405-258-0532 or  by E-Mail at n5nio at sbcglobal.net.

Note:
The first Lincoln County ARES  Net was this evening at 8:00 PM CST and there 
was one check in from Midwest City  with NO TRAFFIC.
