[ARRL-OK] Tsunami Relief Fund

How, pray tell, can we tell if this is a valid charity or just
another scam such as all those that popped up after
the Murrah bombing, 3 May 99 tornados, and 9/11???

Never any accounting of the billions of dollars contibuted.
