[ARRL-OK] RE: ARRL.net address

The volume of spam that came through the ARRL reflector was intolerable.
Spammers (may they rot in eternal torment) downloaded the FCC data base and
simply appended @arrl.net to every call.
While there are some very sophisticated spam filters (the National Oceanic
and Atmospheric Administration uses some) they are expensive and I'm sure
most ARRL members would balk at suffering an added charge for using the
reflector service.
So, I am *delighted* with this news!
