Lloyd,

The bottom line is use the Homeland Security stuff to get the legislatures
attention, but word the bill to protect all amateurs, or they'll use it
against us.  Shoot, NY has an "anti-scanner" law that they use against hams,
because many amateur mobiles can scan as well, and receive out of band.
Don't give them a wedge, especially not one they can use to divide US!
