[ARRL-OK] HF mobile

I use IC-706 MK II with High Sierra screwdriver
type antenna and am quite pleased with it, Lloyd.
The antenna seems to perform quite efficiently
on all bands.  I am sure it isn't as good as a
"BIG" bugcatcher on 40 and 75 meters, but I work
what I can hear.

I don't know about the "NTIA compliant" bit.

I'd guess the ICOM 706 series rigs are the most
common in use these days.
