[ARRL-OK] hassled ham

Let me add this to the discussion.....the Officer might have assumed that 
the Ham radio was actually a Police radio one that could be used on Law 
enforcement frequencies.

The Officer could be mistaken since he might be using the same brand and 
model radio in his car as a Police radio.

It is a well known fact that a dealer in Wagoner County has been modifying 
amateur equipment and then selling the radios to a number of law 
enforcement agencies in the area.
