My printout follows.  

I took the Florida Repeater Council's website and reorganized two meter repeater listings by location.

You are welcome to pass this information around - I only ask that you leave my call sign in the title.

 

The purpose of this list is to show which repeaters are available in each area.

If you find any errors or want to make any comments, your suggestions are most welcome.  Please let me know if any of this is wrong.  

 

I want to thank Bob KF4MM for helping me understand how to gather this information from the website.

 

This printout could be useful if you are trying to achieve communication with your handheld radio or want to talk to anyone who has a low powered radio.

Suppose you need to take a trip to Ruskin and you want to know if there are any repeaters in that area you can use with your handheld radio.  Just look under R and there you go.

 

If you want to talk to someone in Haines City who has a handheld, you can quickly see there are no repeaters listed in that town, but you can easily find repeaters in Winter Haven, Lakeland and Lake Wales you can try out.  Having the PL frequencies should get you on the air quickly.  

 

This sort of information could be helpful in an emergency.
