   Digital Television converter set top boxes put out standard definition analog
RF signals and analog audio (L & R) and analog video to be used with you old analog TV set 
or any kind of monitor that takes 525 line NTSC video.  They cost under $100

   Digital Television set top receiver boxes put out standard definition analog RF signals 
(not always) and/or high definition analog audio (L & R) and analog video to be used with
your old analog TV set or any with a high definition monitor that can adjust to higher 
scanning rates.  Including VGA and super VGA (SVGA) monitors (such as computer monitors)
and monitors that have HDMI or DVD-I connections.  They cost OVER $100.

   A compiled graded list of some common brands of Digital Television converter set top
boxes is found at the link below.  AFTER JUNE 13th [3 months ~] a new TV set or one of
these boxes shall be needed to receive "free over the air TV."
