FROM THE TURKEY:

Despite many requests that I not do this, here is my secret recipe for Thanksgiving:

Before retiring for the night, slip the dead bird in a baking pan into the oven

Cover with foil

Cook at 275 all night

Turn the oven off when you get up

45 minutes before your company comes, brown the bird without foil at 400 degrees until it looks tan enough.

You'll thank me. This will be some of the moist tender, moist turkey you've ever had

Happy Thanksgiving

Merry Christmas

We'll talk about Easter later on

73,

Bob WB4AKA , Fearless Net Prophet
