[AReU] Send Help Please

Bob, I'm so sorry I was unable to be at our last meeting, I understand
no one was there to unlock the room so  some went out for coffee.

   This sounds like the 2 meter radio that I have in my car, it's not
mine, it's on loan from a friend in Charlotte, NC.

   Are you positive this unit has the optional tone decoder?  The
TX encoder was standard, but the decoder was an option.

(the used transceiver in good working order was going for about $65
a couple of years ago, but the decoders were going for $70)

   If someone brings a service 'scope, working on your receiver would
be a bit easer.
