[AReU] BARS Meeting Tomorrow Night

Hope all of you are planning to attend the BARS meeting tomorrow at the
Bloomingdale West Recreation Center. We plan to have coffee and
donuts available plus the latest news about the TARC/BARS picnic
on Saturday.
I hope many of you and your families are planning to attend this function
also. The TARC clubhouse is a very interesting place and you will possibly
be able to use some of the operating positions to make some contacts.
You do not need to be a general class operator to operate these stations
if a suitably licensed operator is present when you are operating. It would
be a great time for novice and technician operators to experience the
HF bands. It might be the "last straw" towards getting your license
upgraded.
