I don't disagree at all.  Operative word here is *_MAY_*  transmit on
the following 462 MHz interstitial channels.  That does not mean that
they are a part of the GMRS band plan.  Its just that the commission
gives you permission to use those FRS channel as a part of your GRMS
license.
