[Ares-races] WINLINK Question

Hello Rod,

There are many different ways to get involved on Winlink. What exactly are
you trying to do? Send messages with other towns and states? Or send
messages between other hams in the area? If you are doing that, you can set
up a basic PMBO with a Telpac node and you will be able to send and recieve
messages across a VHF range.

If you are trying to communicate to other places from the EOC, you could set
up an HF station there with Airmail 2000 (www.airmail2000.com) and a TNC. I
have a Kam+ here and it works great on HF, VHF and UHF.

Hope this helps,
