Hello to the list, here is my question: I am stting up an Amateur Radio station at our local EOC. Do we need WINLINK on HF? If so why? Then, what TNC to use, cheap is good as we are a small town with a small budget. Do not need anything top of the line, just some thing that will work. Thank you. Rod KC7VQR
