The sender of the message below attempted to cross post it to the two
reflectors. However, the From: address is a packet address. If the sender
wishes replies to his queries he should provide a legitimate e-mail
address. There are a lot of things we can do with digital media nowadays,
however cross posting from e-mail to packet is not one of them. Also, the
message was dated Feb. 13. The sender needs to reset his computer system
clock.

Okay guys,
Your previous replies on another topic were plentiful and very helpful. End
result: new repeater on the air at our EOC.
We have acquired an FT897 for field deployment with an ATAS-120. If you
have one of these in use, how did you mount/install the antenna for
temporary locations? Did you use a massive mag mount on a steel surface?
Lash it to a mast of some kind? With or
without radials?
As before and with gratitude, your input greatly appreciated.
