[Ares-races] ARES membership database for Palm OS

To All,

Here is a membership database for Palm OS. It was developed using an =
open source program available at http://pilot-db.sourceforge.net/ . The =
database is empty except for an example.

I tried to find something that would result in a stand alone database. =
There were a few, but most were costly and provided no adequate =
demonstration of capability, utility and function. This works reasonably =
well, is free and also open source.

I did this for Palm as the other pda operating systems are better =
equipped for database function. Most can use MS Excel directly. (Yes, I =
know Excel is a spreadsheet. It is easier to use than Access for some =
things... particularly simple database functions).

I will be happy to answer limited questions on this stuff privately. I =
will not provide support for this application. So, if you don't have the =
knowledge base to tackle something like this, please don't try it. Read =
the info provided at sourceforge.net.
