All I have are copies of my original letter to repeater owners or trustees
requesting permission to use their repeaters in time of need and if there
are any conditions they would apply to such use.  I keep my original and
their sign reply on file "somewhere".  I doubt I could lay my hands on them
at the moment.  In this laid back part of the country my request was an
unneeded courtesy, most repeaters owners make it well known there equipment
is available to all for emergency use and they expect common sense to
prevail.  Formal agreements are nice where they force everyone involved to
really think about it and, in today's post 9-11 USA may be required, to add
the professionalism needed while working with government and other public
agencies.--73
