Don't know of any.  How do you think Amateur Radio would fit in their program?

Your question is interesting, e.g., Would you  volunteer, or be employee
or contractor? Would you get the League involved (ARES)?  Would you
approach the Bureau?  Infraguard people?  What would Amateur Radio offer?
