[Ares-races] Are any ARES groups incorporated?

Our ARES group in Gaston County NC just recently went through the process 
of becoming a non-profit group through the irs. it took a little time and 
the people at the irs we helpful in answering my questions to get the 
paperwork filled out. We have had a few small donations and are working to 
obtain some grants or donations. does anyone have any help or ideas on how 
to obtain or where to go to obtain any grants?
