[ARC5] aircraft radio configuration

Hi Scott - Yep that was "interesting" when I was on board. Those URC-32
modules were in the Sonar room looking very sinister as Soviet technology -
in a matching paint job. Roll Eyes.... It deteriorated badly while there
and was beyond economic repair. It was eventually towed to Ensenada for
scrapping (may have sunk along the way?). But it was interesting to
examine it up close while in San Diego. A lot of the "welds" were scary.
