[ARC5] Indentify this meter ?

Hi Hue - Can't ID it but you could make a new glass pretty easily.  Use
typically thin "photo frame" glass - then cut it to size with tin snips
while holding both the glass pane and snips under water.  It works, I've
done it.  You just nibble around the edges, take a little bite with
each snip.
