I duplicated a shrunken one for a BC-312 I had using Adobe Illustrator. All the screw holes had failed over time. I took the artwork to a copy shop and printed it on heavy colored card stock to match what was there, then had it laminated. Then I cut it out and made the mounting holes using a leather punch. I buffed it with a pencil eraser so it wasn’t shiny.
The thickness was off, but it looked great for a quick look. The original screws also helped camouflage it.
