[ARC5] Data plate warping fix ?

I made a replacement name tag for a BC-348-J.  I got a picture of a BC-348-Q nameplate, e-mailed it to a professional photographer friend, who cleaned up the image and changed it to a J, and then printed it out with a photo grade printer and glued it to the back of the nameplate off a FPS radar indicator group accessory box.  Looks fine!
