[ARC5] Resistor Excursions

Folks,

Generally my experience shows that resistors age up, particularly if 
they are 1 meg or more in initial value.

But all resistors aren't created equal. To my amazement, in my 1953 
R-390A, built by Stewart-Warner, they were all within original 
tolerances. These resistors don't look any different than any others of 
htat period.

Go figure...but test and find out.
