[ARC5] Resistor Excursions

More tests with the BC-348-N revealed more out-of-spec resistors, although some of the lower valued ones were not so far out as to require corrective action.  But I also ran some tests on an RCA built BC-348-C and discovered that almost all of the resistors appear to be Okay.  It is hard to tell exactly with some resistors without careful study of the schematic, since "pink" is not on the current resistor color code and I don't know if that band is supposed to be white or red or something else.  The BC-348-C resistors appear to be made differently than those on the J model, so even though it is likely a couple of years older than the J they seem less vulnerable to excursions.  So perhaps some of our vintage equipment will not require wholesale replacement of the non-active components.
