1.  I have found the best Command Set tuning knob is one of the older type plastic knobs that are designed to slide over the potentiometer and tuning caps in older consumer solid state equipment.  Alternatively, take a suitable length of hardware store brass tubing and stick it into a knob that has a setscrew.

2.  Was the BC-946 commonly installed in an ARA, SCR-274-N, or ARC -5 receiver rack to enable BCB AM reception?
