[ARC5] Looking for RT19/ARC-4 VHF radio

I have  very nice ARC-4 but am here in Calif and the cost to ship to you
would be as much as the cost of the radio..if not more.
 Also from what I've read the ARC-4 was never a popular or great radio to
use here on 2mtrs back in the day.
